=) Currently, I've sprain my right shoulder
By doing some butterfly curl without warming up..
Damn.. hahaha Pretty dumb of me not to warm up..

Well, My eyesight has been bad...
Even with contacts, It hurts!!!
well, Mum and me have been thinking of going laser..
HEHE=) Recently, I've been working out very often..
Last time was like 2-3? ..Now i'm like 5 days a week..
Wonder why the sudden increase...(Thinking and wondering)...
maybe........ I should train strength...O well...
Yesterday was Ft parents meeting session...
It went pretty well....
You can say that.. We had some Second year senior giving speech..
Followed my Course Manager And MR SIAH!!! Class teacher for your info...

I just found out what training for cross country is on
Every monday, Wednesday and Saturday...
I'm so joining baby!!!!!!!!!!!=)
BUT!! Track and field falls on the same day 2!!!
Monday and Wednesday...!!!!!!!!NO!!!!!!!!!!
So its either cross country or track and field...!!!..
WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...Plan FAILEd!!!!

So currently, i'm joing this Salcony Passion run..
coming this next weekend.. For just 2 days..
For some volunteering work..
Followed by on the 9,10,12 and 14..
Having some AVIVA BADMINTION SHIT...
so like wow... Man i'm getting busier...
AND I"M LOVING IT!!!!!!!=)
so, I'm probably going to end here..
